Конкурс "I bring the world into my classroom"

 В останні дні грудня 2021 року я та моя учениця Катерина Сиромля взяли участь у конкурсі  Christmas storytelling від National Geographic Learning Ukraine

⠀NewYearfairytale

⠀SantaClause came home and saw a present box next to his door. He was very surprised, because only elves had access to all the gifts.

⠀«Hmm… Very interesting. All elves now have lace disease, their skin became white. They are on guarantine»— Santa thought.

⠀He didn't know what do suspect. The next day the box was in the same place. Alarmed Santa dared look at what the box was filled with. There he saw some thing he had long dreamed of Spyglass!

⠀But looking into it Santa understood that surrounded world was depicted only black and white. Maybe this box was enchanted by evil and  cannot be given to chirldren in order to avoid troubles.

⠀«This gift is made with a method of Trojan horse» — said Santa to himself.

⠀He decided to burn the box. But, alas… His attempt ended only as a black smoke the chimney. Santa decided to ask for help Queen of the Ice:

⠀— I'll help you, dear Santa, but promise for me what you have the most valuable.

⠀Santa  stood in silence. He thought about Christmas, children, presents. He even didn't notice… crystal teers in Queen's eyes.

⠀«Don't worry. I want only colours in the world — fairytale.Your problem — Gargoyle Ladies. We will stop them», — said the Queen.

⠀These ladies were afraid of nature. That's why blizzard, wind and snow began their work. And evil has been destroyed. The world shone with bright colours for Merry Christmas for all living creatures.
